Bruce was the individual that completed the initial assessment and we thought he was thorough and we were satisfied with the work that the roofer completed for us. The communication, and follow through to ensure that the roofer arrived and work was started when the caller said work would start. Additionally I expected that we would hear from the company in person after the work was completed.
