I want to wait and see how the inspection goes. I think they could have improved on communication. We also had an issue with them giving us an inaccurate invoice. The roof does look good, and we are pleased. However we are concerned about having issues down the road concerning the shingles because of their poor response time in the past.

“We are still waiting for the inspection to be done. There is also a section of roof that was not fixed down properly. During a storm, the section lifted up in the window. We questioned how this happened since we were told the installer was one of their best. It also seemed like he tried to blame it on the other installers. They came back to repair the issue, but it was not done well. They finally came back a third time and corrected the issue properly.”
