“While the roofers and I had no issues what-so-ever, there were 2 roofers a younger roofer o would assume to be some form of apprentice and an older roofer. During the time these 2 spent working together we could quite often hear the older gentleman “riding” the younger roofer throughout the day often belittling them and just all in all exemplifying unprofessional behaviour towards their colleague.”
