(Subcontracted) He also claimed the entire job would be double-nailed, only the 4/12 pitch on the north side was double-nailed. The house is at a very high elevation (~2700 ft) and wind is a real issue.”

“The dormer vinyl siding and trim was cut short and a makeshift solution was used. The vinyl cuts are rough and unclean. We are concerned about the longevity of the dormer areas. Moisture, ice buildup and wind are major factors here.”
