We have friends that work in this field but different aspects of it. It would be beneficial if the sales representative went on site with the installers for a day to get more feedback about the installation vs what the salesperson would assume. The installer blames the salesperson when something is not right. The salesperson does not understand conditions that the installers needs to have. I feel that for the amount of money they should have contacted us for follow up especially after the survey that I provided to the installer when they finished the job. It was expensive. If you buy a car the dealer would normally call after a week and Interlock should have done that. No one has even called or emailed. They are not following through after the fact. Knowing that we were not 100% happy would have triggered me to call a customer if I were the salesperson. I would like for someone to call me. Hopefully this survey will trigger a response from someone.

“We have had a few things come up that were different than what the installer said when they were here. They said the site would be as clean as it was when it started. They had to come back to clean out the gutters. There were nails in the driveway and grass. Bob said the roof had to be done first installer. They said that is not the case. That had an impact on the project when it got finished. The salesperson does not know how it is installed. No one was here to do the cleanup and it seemed like that was not the installers concern. I would give it a 2-3.”

“We have left messages for the installation manager in regards to what happened. On Sunday night we had a fairly heavy rainfall and I had to clean out gutters in the rain because the rain was going into our garage. I left a message for Tony. He had the installer call me back instead of calling me himself. He never followed up with us on anything. They cut around the trim. They never followed up about the job. They took the payment and ran. I am not happy with the customer service after the installation. I hope the product doesn't have issues so we don't have to deal with them more.”
