“Chris has a good working knowledge of the product and was able to answer many of my questions. However, his mood changed very quickly when I began resisting his sales tactics. When I contacted Interlock, I made it clear that I was in search of information regarding my roof and that I required an estimate. I had no intention of signing a contract following an initial visit from Chris. He became visibly frustrated and tried pressuring me into signing a contract telling me that he couldn't offer me the price/discount for long. He then tried to convince me that we were in dire need of a new roof and that we couldn't afford to wait any longer for an install.”
