  Financing information and rate of interest - was told it was TD but in fact was Finance-IT.I placed a call to a customer service agent at Financeit and was advised they would indeed place a lien on our home which is also a major detractor. Was told the opposite with respect to a lien by Barry. Proceeded with a "cash deal".
