I think that you could support our installer in seeking help to improve his ability to communicate in English. He was very careful in his installation but it is surprising that after 20 years in Canada he speaks English so poorly. It was very difficult to discuss the proper position of roof vents with him because of this. I had to call Angelo and do my own research to find out what is required. One area of our roof presented difficulties where a slope meets a wall of wood shingles. Our installer did his best but he had to use a lot of caulking which I hope will stand up over time. Our roof looks great and we're happy with it. Our installer was very nice and came up with good solutions generally to deal with its challenges.
