“No advance call letting us know when workers were going to show up caused some confusion getting started. Snow guards were discussed when project was originally agreed to, to be added at read of house to protect stairs to deck. These were not installed originally, but were before the job was completed. Unfortunately, the fasteners for these are not covered underneath the shingles due to not being installed in the first place.”
