I only put two at is time because the ride from beginning to end was a bit rough.Every day I look at my roof I am very happy with the result and the disappointing parts of the project begin to fade.I suspect as time goes on that number above will move to the right. I believe the salesman should access the roof to determine any possible problems and relay them to the customers before asking for a signed contract.If there is an possible issues then they should first bring an install expert in to discuss them with the client before a contract is signed. First,let me say we are very very happy with the final result and product.There was some major bumps along the road including our being disappointed with our salesman when he did not offer support or empathy for us when we pointed out an install situation that we thought was a problem.That being said Tony(provincial foreman)sent Sheldon in to look at the concern we had.He conferred with John (sr)and together the problem was solved very much to our satisfaction.Our thanks to the three of them!One other note just as a reminder.My neighbor BILL HUTCHISON who you installed a roof for two years ago(his salesman was Barry) was the one who referred me to you folks thru Barry .I understand that he will receive a referral fee?Thank you for enabling me to give feedback.
