“We didn't go with the roof at this tiime, but we got pricing. They took a 10% deposit and it took two and a half months to get the deposit back. We asked multiple times for it to be returned (we had ten days to change our minds), and it took over a month. We ended up paying interest on our Visa because it wasn't returned.”
