“I'm waiting for them to get back with me about an issue with the roof. We had a really bad rainstorm, and we have a little leak. I'm convinced it isn't because of their product. When he put the roof on, we talked about an issue that started 20 years ago. We had a deflector put on, and the issue stopped. The roofer said to wait and see what would happen, instead of putting another deflector on. He believed he sealed the area where it leaked. It's a simple fix of putting a deflector on again. We called them last week and haven't heard anything. We need someone to call us back.”
