This project used an Interlock® Cedar Shingle system in Deep Charcoal on a home in Innisfil, ON, completed September 16, 2016. The project covered roughly 19 squares of roofing. Liason between installer and supervisor. Sufficient snow guards were not shipped and customer had to resolve. Questions 1 and 2 should be revised. Brandon, not Ronald was our sales rep.Brandon was punctual and knowledgable. I would give him a 4 for each. He was a pleasure to deal with.
