Pro active communication with customers, particularly when the agreed upon schedule is delayed. We don't have a lot of confidence in your referral program. A friend of mine told me about you during a golf game. I went home and looked you up on the internet and contacted you that way. When we informed Barry of my friends referral on both meetings, he advised me that because I used the internet, my friend did not qualify. We later found out that Barry was giving the referral bonus to another person in our town (who's house we did recognize on your site, and we did talk of with Barry). Once this came to light and we contacted Barry to express our displeasure, he did correct it and my friend has since received his referral bonus. As you can see, this does not leave us with the confidence that your referral's are applied honestly.Also I like your survey, its short (as promised) but mostly I like that it allows for comments on each line.
