The project was finished on a Friday minus the installation of 4-5 snow guards over the main entranceway of the house as they were not available. The installer was going to install them on the next working day and the snow guards were to be couriered to the site. I received the snow guards but the installer contacted me on the next working day and that he would phone me on Thurs of that same week to set a time for installation on Friday and for the pick up of the remaining materials ( He was not able to pick up all the remaining materials on the last day here as his truck was full). Since, he was to return the next day I signed the form that all of the work was complete. I now regret this as I have phoned the installer phone times but have not been able to reach him. I will continue to phone him every day until I can.
