yes for sure Referrals by Ron should be better organized. He gave us lots of time to make a final decision which was great but we had no referrals to check. Your product has been delivered in many location throughout Ontario and it should be mapped for the sales reps by areas weather they did the sale or not. Each customer could agree or not to be contacted as a referral or not. I think i have said enough. We love our new roof and the experience overall was pretty good. Side note on the warranty. We haven't received it yet.

“Our contact in Toronto that arranged the delivery of the supplies was fine but didn't return my call to finalize the booking of the contractor. I texted Ron and he told me that Tony would call the following week which he didn't but the contractor call me leaving a voicemail stating that he was coming with his crew the following morning and when i had a chance to call him later that day it was to late to change the booking.”

“i was told by Ron that there was no caulking used for the job. When the material arrived there were four tubes. I asked my contractor what they were for and he told me it was for the roof vents only but when the job was finished after the crew left I noticed the plumbing vents have large globs of silicon on the tiles that where cut to go around the vent. I don't believe there is 50yr warrantied silicon on the market that can be exposed to direct sunlight and all other elements.”

“I asked about the pattern of using the shingle tiles in groups of three rows. i'm not the normal person that doesn't miss the small details. The way the tiles were installed were clearly noticeable of groups of three which is not what i believe should be the way it should be installed. The way it was installed they never used the alinement holes to keep the rows in a proper pattern. i was told that my contractor was the best in the area. Don't get me wrong they did a good job but i wanted to be here to go over these details. The 15 hours of a four man crew was very quick but the time to insure the pattern was followed was what i think should have been considered. My neighbors don't see what i do, so I'm very happy with the job overall.”
