I suppose just theThey could improve in the area where they said that they were going to get it done. Initially they said well we may get this done in a day - I got home from work and it was obvious that they weren't done and it took another whole day to finish. That was fine, I never expected the job to be completed in a day so I felt like there was just no need to over sell it/over promise. We put down our down payment of $5,000.00 and I just felt like it wasn't standard practice/found it odd that he asked for a check before they left that day but then said that I could post date it. I thought you usually get an invoice in the mail. Overall, we are pleased. They certainly know what they are doing and hopefully the product will hold up like it is supposed to. I am trying to figure out who it is that I need to send the pictures of the roof to so I can ask some questions that I had about a few things and see if there is any resolution.
