It's simple - as far as I am concerned, this product speaks for itself. It is Canadian made! We were extremely fortunate to have had outstanding service from the first call we made to Interlock Metal Roofing, to the 'no pressure' sales rep, to the AMAZING installer, and finally to the post installation follow-up. Upfront - manage your expectations with the cost of this product. Time will definitely tell but for us. It is the peace of mind knowing we're never supposed to replace our roof ever again. If we do sell our house in the future, we shouldn't need to worry about a home inspector telling their client the house needs a new roof, not to mention the curb appeal it will bring too. We have had people we don't know in the neighbourhood stop while walking by and compliment our roof - yes, for real. We hope to never have to call for a warranty related issue but if we do, we will learn if the warranty is as good as is claimed by Interlock. My profession is not in construction, however, I absolutely enjoy looking at the roofs of houses with Interlock Metal Roofing - you can tell them apart by their competitors, in fact, my wife makes fun of me for this! This is an absolutely beautiful product. Unless we missed it during the initial meeting with Derek, we weren't sure how, who or when we were to pay upon completion of the job. We were a little surprised when the installer asked for the cheque, which wasn't a big deal, I just had to find the cheque book in a bit of a 'panic' so to speak. Like I said, we may have missed this detail somewhere. No harm, no foul though. I did write a Google review previous to this survey. As already stated, I hope to never have to contact Interlock due to faulty product or workmanship. In saying this, if I do, I hope the after sales service will be as great as the pre-sales service! Cost - I didn't speak about the cost. Upfront, I don't want to say it is 'great' value, however, time will tell and I am a firm believer you often get what you pay for (product dependant). We went with Interlock so I obviously have faith and trust in the brand that it will live up to what/how you say it will and my expectations. I'm no roof expert, however, I did have to convince my wife a little about the significance and importance of going with this brand. We did receive lesser value quotes for other metal roofs, however, we felt this brand was superior and so we 'invested' the extra money into our home. A good foundation is important in keeping your house intact, but an Interlock Metal Roof will protect that foundation! If I had it in me to be a sales person, I would be applying for a job - this is how much I believe in the product! Thank you for listening.
