We were very pleased with the beginning part of the interaction, with the sales piece, explanation of the product, and all of that, but as soon as the contract was signed, there was no contact. They didn't let us know when they were starting, when materials were being delivered, or when they were coming. Once we started having problems, there was nobody to get in contact with to resolve the issues.

“We didn't get any notification before the two crews arrived. In one case, we had the materials in the garage, so if we had not of been home, they wouldn't have been able to access the materials. This happened on three or four occasions. It took way longer to do the roof than they initially told us. They had to come back twice to fix issues that were not done correctly, and we are still waiting on a number of snow guards that were supposed to be installed that weren't. We haven't heard back from them since the last time that they were there, probably two weeks ago or more.”
