“I am not happy with the clean up. There are shingles that were stripped and left on the ground, and nails and aluminum cuttings found around the property. This is a beach cottage and people are walking in bare feet. I hope to get all cleaned up before someone steps on a nail or sharp cutting. I have a pail of what I have cleaned up myself and will be purchasing a special rake to see what more might be below the sand.”

“I was asked to pay for additional fasteners because the wind speed at the cottage was so high, and the additional fasteners would give us a higher warranty on stronger winds. We asked for this in writing and then were told we'd been given bad information. We definitely where not happy with Tony Lipton. He did not return calls and was rude in the way he handled questions. This is my only fear about recommending roofing - that people would have to deal with him.”
