very good product, very happy with it - communication from head office IS THE BIG!!! deterrent to recommend this company. COMMUNICATION FROM HEAD OFFICE!!!! What if I had a problem with my existing roof and needed to get in contact with someone? It was just a fluke that I happend to drive by John's house!!!! End result turned out well - hope John isn't leaving the company any time soon.
