During the extremely violent storm this past May, I had very little damage to my roof (2009) although extensive damage to my property. A gentleman, BRAD COOK came and inspected the roof and replaced 5 caps that lifted on the peak. He also added ice guards at my request to my cottage roof which is 1.5 hours north of my home. Not only was Mr Cook courteous, he was patient as I was delayed when I missed our scheduled appointment by 3/4 of an hour. Thank you for your excellent work and looking after my issues.
