In an earlier review, I expressed frustration with certain aspects of the post installation service, but the company (Cheri) went above and beyond in addressing my concerns and responded in a manner that deserves special recognition. It's highly unusual in the home renovation sector for companies to be responsive to customer queries/requests once the work is completed, so I was surprised and pleased that the company places a great premium on ensuring that customers are happy with the overall process, even after the work is completed. In summary, below is my overall assessment of the experience. 1 Pre decision process - very professional, no complaints 2 Installation process - the installers were courteous, very professional and did a great job. 3 Post installation process - some initial hiccups, but the company addressed those in a very satisfactory manner, meeting the expectations. 4 Overall conclusion - based on the overall experience, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
