Initial contact to set up quote was not as good. Website doesn't seem to indicate an actual address that you can visit. Tony was great getting back to me promptly on email but Bob should get on email. Bob also got into a shouting altercation with my neighbour. Lifetime warranty for the product as described and sold to me is not the same as literature I received afterwards. Literature received after indicates that the lifetime warranty actually has a finite time and may not include the labour to replace and repair issues that may arise. Icy snow cleared off bushes crushed a mature bush. Not sure if it will be fine until later in the season when the bush will show damage if the bark peels off.
