Interlock Roofing could have improved on their communication and understanding of what all was involved in this project. We have a bungalow style house which the surface area is larger than a typical house. I think that was part of the issue with the first gentleman, he was not prepared for the size of the project. I do not know if the was a misunderstanding or miscommunication in regard to what the job was or if he was unable to get the help needed for the job. I think if he would of had a little more help it would have been an improvement for him in general.
