  Ken went above and beyond to diagnose the reason for the leak in my attic. Even though the issue wasn’t related to the roofing, he found an issue with a worn PVC pipe and a nearby electric wire. He might have saved my life. I’d give him ten stars if I could.

  We have been waiting to get a callback from the gentleman who does the rebates. Communication after the installation could be better. One of my emails had gone to their junk folder, so I never got a response. My concern is that the company would supply ladders for their employees. Their ladder was shaky. Whether they are employees or contractors, the company should provide that. That is not on the contractor. But it is a concern for their safety. It is not that they did anything wrong.

  We had our roof done in November 2019. So far so good! We love our roof, looks great, no issues with it so far. We have received many nice comments from neighbours and people walking by. Like other reviewers, we were happy that they could go over the old shingles, avoiding a load to the landfill. Also like that it’s aluminum instead of steel so it won’t rust.
