“Originally the installation was promised for the end of October or early November, then they didn't show. I called and was told it would be late November, and again they didn't show. The materials were delivered in early December. We were told someone would call for an appointment right away, but no one did. The installation was actually done in January over a long period of time. Twice they had to order more materials, and the weather also wasn't great. Part of it may have been the weather. In total, because this roof goes over the other one, it didn't matter that much. However, I was disappointed they couldn't schedule the project better.”
