  I should have been warned about the damage tha snow and ice can cause to the Eavestrough. Now I’m faced with a cost of $1500.00 to replace the damaged Eavestrough The interlocking Roofing system is considerably more expensive than comparable systems, a higher standard of performance is expected at that price point.

  Two things come to mind. 1) Provide customers with actual "scrap" samples to help with the choice of the shingle colour. Brochures are a useful start but they are not enough to make a decision. 2) Interlock should remove and reuse their lawn signs at the end of a job. This would save Interlock money and it would save the customer from disposing of the sign.

  I would recommend them, however the job was not done in a timely manner and it took too long for them to start the job. Interlock Roofing should have provided me with a more accurate start date. I also feel that Interlock Roofing needed more crew members to do the install. The job definitely needed more than one person to do this job.
