“Angelo and the installer (Sam) were both effective communicators. It was months between the sale and the install and I think the company could improve on communications with the customer during the waiting period. Perhaps we could enter our invoice number on the website and see a process checklist showing the planned/completed date for each step. I know weather, etc. can change things but I would have made plans for August if I had known my install date had been pushed out to September.”
