We need snow guards on the roof which is over our deck at the back. Chris promised that he would put extra snow guards at the back because we do go out in the backyard during the winter. Thank you for the promptness of completing the job. The only beef we had was that the material for the roof was lying in our yard for over two months before the installation started.
