There seemed to be a slip in communications between the scheduling unit and the installation crew. They didn't seem to know that the materials had been delivered many weeks earlier. I was the one to call asking when the roof was to be installed to ensure I would be home, not travelling. There was an agreed delay as we were to be away but then something happened to the scheduling. As a result, the install didn't happen until the cold weather hit. The crew could only work a few hours a day due to the cold and the bad weather and finished just before a major winter snow storm. This aspect did not impress me. I think they/we were lucky that the snow held off and they they could complete the work. Aside for the glitch in scheduling, I was very impressed with the project. The quality of the entire system is top rate as are the rest of the supplies such as roof guard, roof vents, nails, and caulking, I have already recommended InterLock to people who have asked or spoken to. Only one thing may need to be addressed after the winter - I think Barry may have underestimated the number of snow guards required on our roof, perhaps not obvious at the time, where the snow from one roof slides down onto a lower roof. That will become obvious later this winter as the snow builds up. Too much especially wet snow crashing down all at once could damage the roof below.
