Because of the way the installation went sideways I'm not sure, but I would totally recommend their product. I'm comfortable that my roof will not fly off tomorrow, or even after I'm around. The communication between the office and the customer could be improved. It would be nice if they would have just let us know what was going on and that they were recognizing what was going on. With that said, I'm an easy going guy so I wasn't that bothered by it but there are some people out there who would totally lose their mind about that. It just would have been nice to have received more communication. That would be a good thing to do.

“They told us early on that the roof would be done before Christmas. Then they said it would be between Christmas and New Years. Then they did not get started until January. Then we did not hear from the provider ever after that. The roof took two weeks to install and was not done until June. There was an extensive 4 month period that it took to get the roof.”
