“I'm very happy with the roof and the product is great, but weeks after when we got our warranty it was different than I was led to believe. I asked Barry a question about labor with the warranty and he led me to believe it was a lifetime, but it is only 10 years. I'm hoping I won't have any issues but I directly asked him that when I was making a decision with a company. He indicated it was a lifetime warranty, so I feel communication was not clear there.”
