“They dented and scratched the shingles mostly in the front. The scratches have caused the finishing to be removed. Before they started the job I asked how they were going to do it without scratching them and they told me that it would not scratch. They forgot to install the snow guards on the back of the house so they had to do it after the roof was complete, which caused them to not be installed correctly.”
