Hire more experienced, professional crews certified to do installation of interlock materials. Provide documentaion to homeowners (WSIB, proof of insurance, interlock installer certificate). Have contractor present at worksite not just occasionally check in. Better oversight from Interlock to ensure customer satisfaction, resolution of issues. Ensure that crew has materials required so as not to delay completion. Improve clean up efforts daily and at the end of job, to ensure safety and security (metal debris is sharp and dangerous and we gave small children).
