They are insistent on a customer survey instead of being confident in their work. Their product is good enough to stand alone. There are far less intrusive ways to get more effective feedback. Randon senior management calls to customers are more effective than customer surveys and should be done. It gets more direct information and you get the tone and emotion of the customer.
