Overall, the installation crew was courteous, dedicated to the task and did very well in cleaning up the job site of leftover materials. However given that the work was done with much snow on the roof, it was a long job removing it with the result that there much snow against our exterior walls which they didn't remove - we had to do that. Also slight damage was done to our soffit near the front right corner of home which was left unreported by the crew. The other somewhat unprofessional practice that one of the crew members adopted was to climb our chainlink fencing rather than use ladders. If we were to consider this roofing product at the moment we signed the contract, we wouldn't hesitate getting the same materials … the winter logistics were such that we would have a non-winter (i.e. no snow) conditions instead.
