Interlock installed an Interlock® Slate system in Tile Red on a home in Ottawa, ON, completed November 15, 2019. The project covered roughly 19 squares of roofing. The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing. The roof has been in place 6 years and remains under Interlock's lifetime limited warranty.
I'm a happy customer overall. The only issue was during the initial installation, I wasn't home and the guys proceed the work as schedule without me being there. I have specific instruction that I need to see their training certificates and proof of insurance before they can do the work on the property but they didn't wait. Mind you, this is just a minor mis communication and they have all the information with them readily available when I went home to see them. Going forward, I just wish that they follow orders prior to avoid this kind of issue. Or perhaps communicate it properly and provide necessary documents via email so there is no delay to start the project. Cheers!
