Again, the communication fell short of my expectations, and part of that was because the materials were locked inside our garage, so someone had to be here to let them in. I had flexibility in my work, but I had other things to do than sit around for four days and get nothing done. That is not the crew's fault. I think that is an administration issue. They are trying to get jobs done and keep people happy, but if they communicate to let people know, that would be helpful. I had a leak, and they came and got that done, and I was happy with that, and if they had told me they had someone else to take care of a leak for, is that okay? That way, I would not be sitting around for a week waiting. It was not ideal. Communication would be the only thing that fell short of my expectations. The product is good and great. We've been really happy with it and have gotten a lot of remarks about it, and the mental roof is of very, very good quality. The key is the crew, and they did a good job in a challenging position. We’ve had massive snowfalls, and nothing is perfect. The flashing is coming off, and it's not a major issue as it's just the decorative flashing. We can go back up and hammer that in place in the spring, but they did a good job. I've left reviews in other places. We are thrilled and really do appreciate Interlock Roofing. We got the leak fixed and covered. That was great. They said November, and that wasn't happening, so we were concerned that may not happen. It was a relief to get that done before the snow came, so that was great. The crew was trying to make sure everyone who had contracts was getting things done, but I feel people are pretty lenient if that is communicated. Maybe I'm wrong and they just didn't show up, but they're hardworking guys, so I doubt it.
