I think they could improve on their schedule, clean up, communication from the installers on when they plan to start and finish the job.Also, they had a boom box that caused some disruption to our lives as well as our neighbors who complained to us a few times. It would have been nice to have gotten a better understanding of when they would arrive & leave so my children did not have to be disrupted during bedtime.

“The staff who sold me the roof was good but the installers didn't give me a sense of the scope of the work, disruptions, and how it would effect my families lives. When they first arrived & I introduced myself, they just went straight to work and they didn't let me know how long into the evenings they would be working. I have children and they would be working till 9pm some nights.”
