I had issues with the roofing install. The installer was nice, but it didn't seem like enough pride was in workmanship. The roof had a couple bumps in it and I believe it could have been done quite a bit better. As well as the paint was scratched off during the install in spots. Bruce said he would look into it and get back to me. I've never heard back. I previously had a portion of the roof installed in 2011 and have now found that the install wasn't good before and now my wooden facia board behind the aluminum is now rotting and some needs to be replaced. I had the concerns about this on the new install and I had to add flashing prior to install to keep my new addition from having the same issues. The portion of where the old roof ties into the new roof is poorly completed. Its an eyesore. For the $$$ that I have spent I do not feel that it is good enough. I use to rant and rave regarding your product, trying to promote this to friend and family, (my father has installed it on his as well) we have gotten quite a few people to purchase your product, but now I have lost confidence.
