This project used an Interlock® Cedar Shingle system in Musket Grey on a home in Quinte West, ON, completed January 7, 2016. The project covered roughly 24 squares of roofing in interlock® cedar shingle construction. Better communication regarding install and completion dates. Product was installed 2 months beyond our contracted date and weather was not a determining factor. I have not thoroughly inspected the install but from what I see it looks very nice. Considering the premium cost I was hoping the entire process would have been more regimented. No feedback calls regarding install date which prompted me to question our contract and the professionalism of InterLock. The install was also performed in a manner which would not convey a premium service. One installer working sporadically over several weeks was daunting. Our annual vacation plans were cancelled this year due to this roofing install. Contracted dates should have some significance?
