“When the materials were delivered, they were placed under my carport right at the front so I couldn't get my truck under it as well. We didn't know when the roof would have been installed, so I called and got someone to move it back. During the first time, no one came to the door and asked where to put it as well as the second time when the materials were moved to the back of the carport. It would have been nice to know that someone is in my driveway and maybe ask where the materials should be placed.”

“I realize that there was snow on the roof and shingles that were cut as well as materials that fall onto the ground. During the thaw, we found a handful of roofing nails in the driveway and we noticed it when we got a flat tire from running over the nails on our truck. It's hard to remove everything when there's snow on the ground. I'm finding pieces of roof and cuttings as the snow melts...”
