“The installer was messy and dirty, didn't coordinate with the other contractors, and left my property a mess with nails everywhere. My project was a take-down and re-install because we had an addition. When they came to take them down, things were flying into my neighbor's yards, and I had to pull the other contractors that were working from the job because they were getting decapitated with metal flying. It was in a windstorm; he was taking them down and slinging them off the roof, and they nearly decapitated two of the other contractors that were working, so I told them to go home and not stay.”
