Tony did not communicate the work with the owner, and the quality of the seams is not what I read in their public review. I didn't like the workmanship as a whole which is why I rated them a 3. Communication with the owners could improve. It is just basic, and I don't understand it. What I saw in the company's public review, and what I envisioned, I'd have to say my experience was not what I read.
