  Better customer specific information transfer from company negotiations to installer to customer. (Didn’t know we were concerned with the look of the snow guards and were unsure if we were going to install them.) I came home day 2 and found them installed without consult. Great overall. Seems to almost cause rear end accidents on our street. 3 times so far. Ha.
