I think you have a good product and the men are knowledgeable when it comes to installing but I hesitate because I wouldn't want to say to someone that they are great and then have them wait and wait. Some of the safety practices need to be addressed with the boards coming off the roof. There were high winds and if we had been in a city, that board could have went through someones house for sure.

“It's the timeline and the fact the at there hasn't been a lot of communication with the person that is supposed to finish the top of the roof. I spoke with Tony and he said George would be back to finish the roof and it would be done Monday or Tuesday. It is now Thursday...We had an issue for the boards that were put down for the workers to climb up onto the roof - one of the boards fell off. It could have damaged the roof or hurt somebody.Jeremy came down and got the boards off the roof but left them because they were supposed to come back the next to finish the roof. The IBS system has to be finished being installed. George dropped off the supplies and then he had to leave that day due to weather. Then had to leave the following day because he didn't have enough supplies.”

“I don't think they expected the job to take this long by any stretch of the imagination. In November, Bob came out and said it would be 6-8 wks. Tony called in Dec and asked if we could wait until Spring so we waited and they started in the first part of March. They worked through some pretty crappy weather in March and I see this last little bit as a small job that needs to get done and whoever is responsible for making sure that it gets done just needs to bite the bullet and get it done.”
