“The staff did what they were told to do. There was an issue with some snow guards that were not included. It became a liability issue. The staff was aware of that. They were not allowed to make the correction at the time. Bruce visited the site after and has promised to correct it. I am extremely happy with the project, but there is still an issue that needs to be resolved, and I am sure it will be.”
