The only thing the could use improvement is that if the company could get an answering service that passed messages along to the local company better. I ended up having to call the salesman directly to have him send someone from the crew back to fix the soffett. They should have a word with the answering service to make sure they convey messages where they need to go. Overall I am very satisfied with the work done and my roof.
