“I called him and he came. He was very good and I was happy. He came back the next day. He said he would put a tarp over the section of the roof and someone would contact me. He told me that he was going away to South Africa and his son would take care of it. I called the people in the office and they did not know anything about this. Some one from the office came to my rescue. Mr. Aqwa put on my contract 50 snow guards and he submitted the paper work for 30. Rick from the office came over and put the tarp up.”
